Ben Spears.

After practising as a front-end developer, Ben quickly discovered a real passion for AI in mid 2024. Back then, he learned and built as much as he could, deploying AI into his own personal projects and beginning to help local businesses with it.

Fast forward 20 months, and he now runs Lume Studios and partners with UnboxGenie to help SMEs truly understand where they can integrate AI to drive tangible benefits – while keeping people front and centre of that development. And he is confident that almost any problem can be solved or at least lessened with AI.

Going forward, he will continue helping businesses with more and more advanced systems such as semi-autonomous agents, custom internal applications and second-brain knowledge systems. But he can also share his experience and learnings in the form of AI training for SMEs.

And there's nothing greater, in his view, than ketchup – condiment of champions.
